加拿大專家分享國外電子白板最新教學應用
因應目前電子白板於學習應用之趨勢，資策會此次特別請到美國 SMART Technologies 知名運用科技與學習整合之教育科技專家 Michelle Khatib 與 David Khatib 來台分享加拿大應用電子白板於學習中的案例，Mr. and Mrs.Khatib 目前任職加拿大學校之校長，課中將分享如何他們如何結合科技與教育並介紹大量電子白板應用之情境，機會難得名額有限，提供您參考。

近幾年來興起的數位化學習熱潮，帶動2008年亞洲電子白板市場成長115％，據推估，2009年將延續成長力量，成為下一波高成長產品，而搭配教育部編列之計畫，未來將完成建置6,500間「e化專科教室」，25,000間「e化數位教室」。因此未來的教育市場與需求將不侷限於提供硬體產品而已，業者也將面臨提供電子白板、相關科技與教學應用整合化solution的需求。
有鑑於此，資策會此次特別邀請加拿大 SMART Technologies 知名運用科技與學習整合之教育科技專家 Michelle Khatib 與 David Khatib 來台針對如何整合電子白板、科技技術於教學模式中進行深入的展示與介紹，並分享國外目前使用科技於教學中之應用案例。

此課程將介紹於如何將科技整合教學，內容包電子白板的使用與展示、一對一虛擬桌面、如何使用即時回饋系統於評量中，講師並會針對21世紀教學與學習提供100個資源網站讓學員可與自己的教學情境結合。

◆ 講師介紹：
Michelle Khatib
Michelle is the Director of Technology for Chinook's Edge School Division; a mainly rural school jurisdiction located in South-Central Alberta, Canada. Michelle has also been a Curriculum Coordinator at Division Office and prior to moving into her current role she was a Vice-Principal and an elementary classroom teacher. Michelle currently sits on several provincial committees devoted to Educational Technology and is the Professional Development Chair of Alberta Teacher Leaders in Education (ATLE).
David Khatib
David is the Principal of St. Thomas Aquinas Middle School in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Dave was the Principal of the first online school in Alberta, St. Gabriel Cyber School and helped pioneer the online school movement in the late 1990's. While at St.Gabriel, he co-developed the first synchronous interactive video delivery classroom. Dave received the Canadian Association of Principals' Principal of the Year Award, and was nominated for a Teacher Excellence Award. Recently, he received a Distinguished Leadership Award from the Alberta Teacher's Association specialist Council (Council on School Administration).
